Greg Deline of Columbia, MO calls himself a businessman and philanthropist but we have uncovered the truth to his rise in success in recent years.

Greg was a moderately successful businessman primarily from selling manufacturing homes and offering payday loans to those struggling to get by. He even appears to have elevated his business ventures in recently years. You can see him driving fancy cars and wearing plenty of gold jewelry. How was he able to make the leap from selling cheap homes and high interest payday loans to being a wealthy philanthropist?

It turns out that Greg defrauded the SBA out of $5.8 million dollars by getting a fraudulent PPP loan in April 2020 that was later forgiven. The loan was for A&G Commercial Trucking, a business that was set up for the delivery of manufactured homes across the country.

Greg and his accomplices at Region Bank falsely reported that the business had 466 employees and was able to cash in big on a program that was designed to help struggling business retain employees. The problem is A&G only has a handful of actual employees. In fact, most of its workforce are truckers who are 1099 independent contractors. However, these individuals are excluded from PPP payroll costs and ineligible for loan calculations.

Greg knowingly falsely reported a staggering $27.88 million is 2019 payroll costs in order to obtain $5.8 million dollars (2.5 times monthly payroll) from the SBA. For all we know, Greg Deline may have received other funds from his fraudulent scheme.

If you have any information regarding Greg's fraudulent scheme, we recommend your file a report at https://sbax.sba.gov/oigcss/.
